Attorney Harvey is the chairman of the MA Alliance to Stop Taxpayer Funded Abortions and a member of the board of directors of the Pro-life Legal Defense Fund. He has also served as chairman of the board of Mass. Citizens for Life.
Tom will discuss the upcoming fall signature campaign to attempt to reverse the ROE Act’s allowance of passive infanticide. This is an initiative petition to repeal particular sections of the ROE Act. It reads, “Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, if a child is born alive, all reasonable steps, in keeping with good medical practice, shall be taken to preserve the life of the child born alive.”
