A new report from the Charlotte Lozier Institute shows remarkable growth in the services pregnancy centers provide to women, men, and families.
In 2024, 2,775 centers delivered over $452 million in medical care, support services, education, and material goods, reaching more than 1 million new clients—about one new client per center per day.
Nearly 80 percent of centers offer free or low-cost medical services, staffed by over 10,000 medical professionals. Material support alone totaled over $116 million, a 48 percent increase since 2022. Pregnancy centers are also providing life-affirming services such as Abortion Pill Reversal and post-abortion support, with client satisfaction reaching 98 percent.
