Drew Garnier, a New York man, was sentenced to 30 years in prison in 2025 after pleading guilty to killing his pregnant wife and stabbing their two daughters in September 2024.
Garnier’s wife, Samantha, was five months pregnant with their third daughter when he committed the brutal crime, reportedly because he wanted a boy. The daughters survived the attack and are now under the care of their grandfather, who has legally adopted them. The plea deal was made to spare the girls from the trauma of a trial.
