This includes partial-birth abortion, a gruesome procedure in which the baby is delivered partway through the birth canal before forceps are inserted into the skull to remove the brain. The child is killed while still partially in the womb, half-born, fully alive.
One MP, Rebecca Paul, sounded the alarm: “If this becomes law, fully developed babies up to term could be aborted by a woman with no consequences.”
