On Sunday, April 12, we brought the Truth About Choice exhibit to the University of Massachusetts Amherst Student Union South Lawn, where thousands of fetal models were arranged to represent the 49,450 lives lost to abortion in Massachusetts in a single year.
Throughout the afternoon, students and members of the community engaged with the display. Many paused to take in its scale, while others entered into extended conversations with our volunteers. Several participants also shared personal experiences, and pregnancy resource staff were available on site to provide immediate support and guidance when needed.
Our intention in organizing the exhibit was not legislative, but relational, focused on awareness, dialogue, and connecting individuals with support resources. The installation will continue across Massachusetts, with the next stop scheduled for Boston Common on May 2.
