Three years after Dobbs: the fight continues in Massachusetts

Three years ago, the Dobbs v. Jackson decision overturned Roe v. Wade, ending nearly 50 years of a federally imposed abortion regime. It was the result of decades of peaceful witness, tireless advocacy, and strong commitment to the dignity of every human life.

Every march, every prayer, every conversation—it was worth it. Because every minute of effort has meant more children given the chance to live and more women supported through difficult decisions.

But here in Massachusetts, we face a stark reality. Just two years before Dobbs, our Legislature passed the so-called “ROE Act” during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and under public participation restrictions, expanding abortion access (including late-term procedures) and removing critical protections for minors and newborns.

That’s why our fight now continues at the local level. We're working to build Action Teams in every legislative district across the Commonwealth, empowering pro-life citizens to advocate, educate, and stand for life in their communities.

Join an Action Team today and be part of the movement to restore respect for life in Massachusetts.

We celebrate the victory of Dobbs, and we move forward with renewed determination.

Life won at the federal level. Now it's time to win it back here, district by district, heart by heart.
