We have launched a campaign encouraging supporters to submit written testimony in opposition to Bill S.1244, An Act Enhancing Access to Abortion Care, after it was reported favorably by committee and referred to the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing on May 14.
This dangerous bill would expand abortion-related policies in the state while weakening parental consent requirements, informed consent standards, medical oversight, and conscience protections.
