On initial purchase, $28 supports Choose Life, Inc. after manufacturing costs. On renewals, the full $40 goes directly to Choose Life programs, helping fund services that promote life-affirming choices and support for families.
Plates can be ordered through your local Registry of Motor Vehicles or online. New plates and registration materials are typically mailed within 10 business days.
