Still time to submit your testimony against Doctor-Prescribed Suicide Bill

The Joint Committee on Public Health held a hearing on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, in the Gardner Auditorium and virtually.

While the hearing has concluded, written testimony in opposition to the bill is still being accepted. Submissions address the ethical concerns and risks of legalizing doctor-prescribed suicide, including its impact on vulnerable populations and the potential for euthanasia.

You can still submit your written testimony via email to [email protected]. Please include "Public Health Committee Testimony, H.2505 / S.1486" in the subject line. Additionally, you can submit written testimony through our Legislative Action Center here. For your convenience, we provide prewritten testimony that you can easily review and send in just a few clicks.
