We support measures that protect women, children, and families, including bills addressing coerced abortion, providing resources for pregnant and parenting families, protecting unborn children with Down syndrome, safeguarding pregnancy resource centers, and ensuring the health of mothers and born-alive infants in late-term pregnancies. We also support efforts to defund Planned Parenthood.
We oppose legislation that would expand abortion access, remove parental involvement requirements for minors, allow doctor-prescribed suicide, alter sexual education standards, or weaken existing protections for pregnancy resource centers and abortion limits.
