State House flooded by pro-abortion activists: Act now to protect parental rights

On July 10, during a five-hour hearing before the Joint Committee on Public Health, pro-abortion activists overwhelmingly outnumbered pro-life voices.

Their coordinated testimony placed several key pro-life protections in serious jeopardy, including parental consent for girls under 16, the 24-week abortion limit, and requirements for life-saving care if a baby survives an abortion.

The hearing may be over, but written testimony is still being accepted. Submitting yours takes just 90 seconds through our Legislative Action Center. Prewritten testimony is available and you can personalize it or send it as-is.

We strongly oppose these radical bills:

S.1579 — An Act to eliminate barriers and expand abortion access, which would strip parents of the right to know about or consent to their daughter’s abortion.

H.4122 — An Act relative to deceptive trade practices, a gag rule targeting pregnancy centers and outlawing abortion pill reversal.

S.1563 / H.2370 — An Act prioritizing patient access to care, which would eliminate the 24-week abortion limit and allow abortion through all nine months.

We strongly support these life-affirming bills:

H.2493 — An Act protecting pregnancy resource centers, which would prohibit taxpayer-funded attacks on these centers.

H.2546 — An Act related to unborn victims of Down Syndrome, which protects children targeted for abortion due to a prenatal diagnosis.

H.2428 — An Act protecting the health of the mother and a born-alive fetus after the second trimester, reinforcing humane care for babies who survive late-term abortions.

Parents must not lose their right to parent. Girls must not be abandoned to an industry that profits from secrecy and loss. Stand up. Speak out. Submit your testimony today.
