Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against Delaware-based abortionist Debra Lynch and her telemedicine group Her Safe Harbor, alleging they illegally shipped abortion-inducing drugs to Texas residents.
The suit claims Lynch “knowingly and willfully” violated Texas law by distributing pills outside proper medical oversight, risking the health of women and violating the state’s strict pro-life protections.
Paxton seeks a court order to block Lynch from performing or advising abortions in Texas, part of ongoing efforts to enforce state abortion laws and protect mothers and unborn children from unsafe chemical abortion practices.
