Heartbeat International has released a new webpage tracking publicly reported incidents involving alleged abortion pill coercion, poisoning, and related criminal allegations in the United States.
The report compiles cases from 2007 to 2026 in which individuals were accused of secretly administering or coercing the use of abortion-inducing drugs without a woman’s knowledge or consent. Listed outcomes include pregnancy loss and, in some cases, survival of the child.
Among the cases highlighted is a 2024 Massachusetts incident in which a man was charged after allegedly deceiving his pregnant girlfriend into taking medication he reportedly presented as vitamins. Prosecutors alleged the substance was an abortion-inducing drug, and the woman later lost her pregnancy.
The webpage states it is based on publicly reported cases and will be updated as additional incidents become available through public records and reporting. It also references concerns regarding the availability of abortion drugs through online and mail-order distribution channels.
The full tracker is available on Heartbeat International’s Pregnancy Help News platform.
