Colombia is preparing for the National March for Life on May 23, marking 20 years since the country’s Constitutional Court decriminalized abortion.
Organizers say the event, promoted by Unidos por la Vida, will take place in around 25 cities, including Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, and Cartagena.
Supporters, including Archbishop of Cali Mons. Luis Fernando Rodríguez, are encouraging participation and describing the march as a public defense of life from conception to natural death.
