The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has launched Moms.gov, a website created to provide resources and information for new and expecting mothers.
Announced on Mother’s Day, the platform is intended to centralize guidance on pregnancy, maternal health, nutrition, and family support services, including connections to health centers and other programs.
The site also highlights resources related to prenatal care, breastfeeding, mental health, and adoption, with the stated goal of supporting maternal and infant well-being.
MCFL welcomes efforts that expand information and practical support for pregnant women and families and sees this as a step in the right direction for strengthening care for Americans, especially the most vulnerable.
