A new Guttmacher Institute report shows that while the number of brick-and-mortar abortion clinics in states without total bans fell two percent nationwide from March 2024 to December 2025, Massachusetts saw a notable increase, gaining six clinics, a twenty-five percent rise.
Massachusetts’ numbers contrast with the overall situation around the country, where states such as Michigan and New York saw substantial clinic reductions. This comes at the same time that pregnancy resource centers are under an unjustified attack from the Healey administration, which is using $1 million of taxpayer funds for an advertising campaign against pro-life centers simply because they offer all choices for mothers except abortion.
