Grassroots campaign urges Trump administration to end mail-order abortion drugs

Family Council has launched a grassroots campaign urging the Trump administration and Congress to end federal policies allowing mail-order distribution of abortion drugs and to reinstate an in-person medical consultation requirement.

The Arkansas-based organization argues that current federal rules, implemented under the Biden administration, allow abortion-inducing drugs to be shipped across state lines without in-person doctor visits or direct medical oversight. The group says this raises concerns about women’s health and undermines enforcement of state laws restricting abortion drugs.

The campaign comes as legal and legislative disputes continue in multiple states over telehealth prescribing and mail distribution of abortion drugs.
