Dallas firefighters receive newborn under Safe Haven Law

A young Dallas couple made the brave choice to surrender their newborn at a fire station under Texas’s Baby Moses Law, giving their baby a chance for a loving adoptive family.

Thanks to this law, parents can safely and legally leave infants under 60 days old at hospitals, fire stations, or police stations without fear of legal consequences.

Firefighter Dugger praised the parents for choosing life and safety over abandonment. Both mother and baby are healthy, and thousands of families nationwide are waiting to adopt newborns, proving there are abundant loving homes ready.

This story shows that even in difficult moments, life-affirming options exist, and support is available for mothers every step of the way.
