Join us at the Big E to share the pro-life message

It’s that time again! We’re gearing up for another incredible year at The Big E, taking place September 12–28, 2025, in Springfield, Massachusetts.

As always, MCFL will host an indoor booth where we share the pro-life message through respectful dialogue, informative literature, and powerful visual displays. With over 1 million attendees each year and hundreds of thousands passing by our booth, the impact is extraordinary.

We need 102 volunteers to cover shifts throughout the 17-day event. Whether you're a returning volunteer or joining us for the first time, your presence makes a real difference.

How it works

Each volunteer is assigned a 4-hour shift. Choose your date and preferred shift(s):

  • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Two volunteers are scheduled per shift, and seating is provided. You’re free to enjoy the fair before or after your shift. The pass is good for the entire day.

Please note that parking is not included and costs approximately $10 per day.

Important info before signing up

  • Email is essential: You must have regular access to email. Updates and instructions will be sent from [email protected]. We are not able to call or individually follow up with every volunteer.
  • Please provide a cell phone number: If you do not have one, list a landline; however, cell numbers are preferred so we can send urgent updates via text if needed.
  • Check your inbox often: More details will be shared as the event approaches, including your ticket and parking instructions.
