Worcester residents, your help is still needed to defeat PRCs censorship ordinances

In a previous meeting on September 12, 2023, the Worcester City Council decided to delay voting on two ordinances that could censor pregnancy resource centers operating in the city. They wanted a second unbiased opinion on these ordinances but couldn't get it by the September 15, 2023, deadline.

In a meeting today, September 19, the Council faces three choices concerning these ordinances: vote, delay, or dismiss. You can find the ordinances listed under 11b on the official meeting agenda.

Residents of Worcester are strongly encouraged to attend this critical meeting and express their opposition to these ordinances. If passed, these regulations could significantly limit the choices available to pregnant women and threaten the work of pregnancy resource centers.
