Submit your written testimony opposing the Doctor-Prescribed Suicide bill H.2246/S.1331

On October 20, 2023, the Joint Committee on Public Health is set to hold a public hearing that could shape the destiny of countless vulnerable lives. We must unite to oppose a single, deeply concerning piece of legislation: Bill H.2246/S.1331, disgracefully titled "An Act relative to end of life options." If approved, this legislation would legalize doctor-prescribed suicide in Massachusetts.

If you are unable to present your testimony in person at the hearing, rest assured that there is an opportunity to submit your written testimony.

Submitting written testimony:

In addition to providing oral testimony, we strongly recommend submitting written testimony, which can be accepted even several days or weeks following the hearing. This ensures that our message continues to resonate, even after the hearing. Include the bill number in the subject line of your email, along with your name, address, phone number, and any affiliated organization, if applicable. Written testimony can be sent to [email protected].

For your convenience, you can use our Legislative Action Center to submit your written testimony via the following link: https://www.masscitizensforlife.org/legislative_action_center?vvsrc=%2fCampaigns%2f108329%2fRespond or in the button below.
