What is the MOLST form?
MOLST stands for Massachusetts Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment. The MOLST form is a standard doctor’s order about getting or not getting care that could save your life or help you. Thirty-five states now have similar laws or are in the process of developing them. Everyone needs to know the dangers of signing a MOLST form.
