[ Session II ]
Join the adventure of thinking through and discussing the questions of how to live well together in the midst of a society that wholesale sanctions the killing or disenfranchisement of some of its most vulnerable members.
Enjoy the excitement of exploring social ethics -- and then finding the avenues to take the questions, answers, and relationships you encounter out into action to create holistic and lasting change. Through culture, the liberal arts, and resting in the beauty and ideas of our past & present, we find we do have the tools we need to live, govern, and thrive wisely in our contemporary world.
Without the recourse of victimizing women, children, or any other individual.
We will explore the poetry of Langston Hughes and T.S. Elliot; listen to some of the great classical -- and folk -- artists of our age and prior ages; read through great writers, thinkers, and philosophers, such as Hannah Arendt, Dostoyevsky, Flannery O'Conner, Foucault...
Don't miss out. Scholarships may be available. Audits of one seminar session always welcome/
