Douglas Hayman commented on These Legislators DID NOT Sponsor the Anti-Life Bill, S.1209 2019-04-24 07:57:55 -0400Vinnie Demacedo: no phone number given. Diana DEZOGLIO Pl. proofread!
Douglas Hayman commented on MCFL's Certificate Program on Solidarity and Human Dignity 2019-02-11 08:19:39 -0500The cost is too high for most people. Very few people think mainly in terms of abstract ideas and high moral principles and they interact with other people who ALSO do not think or act in this way. To reach the masses, we or you cannot talk philosophy that is far beyond them. Why not just deliver the message in a foreign language? I suggest Swahili! Hope you get my point.
Douglas Hayman commented on The Progress We've Made for Life 2019-01-24 14:06:03 -0500If the number of recorded abortions is down, that IS good. However, that does not mean that that trend will necessarily continue. Pro-Life laws are needed. A Human Life Amendment is needed. The Assembly for Life should be rescheduled if possible.
Douglas Hayman commented on IS MY LEGISLATOR PRO-LIFE? 2018-08-29 09:07:09 -0400Apparently, an X means a pro-abortion position but this is not make clear! Are the positions of candidates for Congress available and if so, where?
Douglas Hayman commented on A Fatherhood without Borders: Paternity and the Expansion of Life 2018-07-02 08:54:33 -0400I do believe in fathers’ rights. I would like for MCFL to clearly try to defend these rights. Do families per se have rights? Would be willing to listen to such claims. Do not see the abolition of the nation state as imminent. I am not an anarchist. Laws are needed. Religion CAN be a check on super-nationalism and racism. Nevertheless, if churches do not clean their own houses, they will not have credibility. I would really, really like it if we got over loving one group and hating or ignoring another group. You may say I’m a dreamer…
Douglas Hayman commented on Maura Healey’s “Abortionspeak” on New Pro-Life HHS Rule 2018-04-03 19:45:56 -0400We absolutely need a Pro-Life candidate for Attorney-General in Massachusetts!
Douglas Hayman commented on The Link Between Contraception and Abortion: An Unpleasant Fact 2018-01-26 21:01:23 -0500Some contraceptives help prevent the spread of disease. This is not mentioned. There are also means to regulate childbirth by non-contraceptive means. We might have been better off without the Griswald and Roe decisions, but they are both history. We are where we are now.
