The 2024–25 annual report from Planned Parenthood, titled Care Continues, shows that the organization performed 434,450 abortions in 2023–24, the highest total reported in the latest annual data.
The report indicates that patient numbers increased slightly by 0.5 percent year over year but remain lower than 2014 levels. It also shows that pregnancy related services such as prenatal care, miscarriage care, and adoption referrals continue to account for a small share of overall pregnancy related care.
Long term comparisons in the report highlight declines since 2014 in several non-abortion services, including cancer screenings and prenatal care, alongside changes in contraceptive service volumes. Financial data in the report shows more than 2.1 billion dollars in total income and approximately 832 million dollars in taxpayer funding.
