National Right to Life praised the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for upholding provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that block Medicaid funding to major abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood.
“This ruling is a victory for unborn children and for taxpayers,” said Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life. “No organization has a constitutional right to federal funds—especially when those funds enable the taking of innocent human life.”
As the Massachusetts affiliate of National Right to Life, MCFL highlights the significance of this ruling, especially in a state where Planned Parenthood remains the largest abortion provider.
