The State Department is set to expand the Mexico City Policy, ensuring that more than $30 billion in U.S. foreign aid does not subsidize abortion or programs promoting gender ideology.
Under the updated rules, foreign NGOs and U.S.-based organizations operating overseas must certify that they do not provide or promote abortion as a method of family planning, gender ideology, or discriminatory equity programs.
