Thank you Harriette;
I appreciate your response, I truly do, and your service as a voice for MA citizens.
I need you to hear me, we do not want any expansion on abortion in MA. Especially denying life to those citizens born, when this barbaric procedure fails. Abortion is not birth control and with the Tremendous medical prevention that is available now to all, we need to end this outdated and unneccessary evil from our State and Country. Men and women have tremendous medical care and interventions available now that were not as available in the 1940 and earlier. Babies have the right to life and the medical community has no place providing harm.
I expect MA house and MA Senate to reject the abortion industries expansion of the barbarism.
It really isnt “difficult” to do the right thing.

Thank you for your email regarding my bill, S.1209, An Act to remove obstacles and expand abortion access, and H.3320, An Act removing obstacles and expanding access to women’s reproductive health, filed by Speaker Pro Tempore Patricia Haddad and Representative Jay Livingstone. This legislation removes existing bureaucratic barriers that impede a woman’s ability to work directly with her doctor to make reproductive healthcare decisions. I understand that this is a difficult issue, and both sides have very strong feelings on the matter. I will certainly keep your thoughts in mind as it works its way through the legislative process.
While I am the sponsor of S.1209, I want to thank you again for weighing in on this issue. I appreciate hearing from my constituents on matters that concern them. Please do not hesitate to contact my office, should you have any additional questions, comments, or concerns. Do you believe...
...that a child in the womb at seven, eight, or nine months should be deprived of life, even though she is no physical threat to her mother? Because S.1209 does, changing our law to make abortion elective all the way up to birth.
...that abortion should be legal after birth? Because S.1209 does, allowing for passive infanticide by refusing medical care for any child born alive after an abortion.
...that a pregnant 13 year old should be abandoned to her sexual abuser, and forced into an abortion? Because S.1209 does, removing MA laws that require parental consent or judicial protection and supervision.
...that Massachusetts should increase its tax funding, using your money, to support abortions? Because S.1209 does, allocating "Healthy Start" funds towards abortion procedures throughout all nine months.
S.1209 legalizes infanticide, promotes sexual predation, and removes all protections for human beings in the womb even when viable, and more.
Oppose extremism, say no to the most anti-progressive, anti-woman bill currently on our legislative agenda, and Sign the petition here!
