The abortion statutes and regulations in Massachusetts are all predicated upon the state constitution, which unfortunately, views the right to access as a means through which public funding is guaranteed. When Roe v. Wade is ultimately overturned, the state constitution must be amended in order to make any meaningful gains to stop the discrimination against the most defenseless of our population: children who have yet to be born.
