Choose Life Massachusetts, Inc. has awarded more than $21,000 in the first round of 2026 grants to pregnancy resource centers and maternity homes serving women facing crisis pregnancies across the state.
The funds come directly from Massachusetts residents who purchase the “Choose Life” specialty license plate through the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
Since the plate’s introduction in 2011, the program has generated more than $1 million in grants supporting life-affirming services for women and families.
The grants help centers cover key needs such as equipment, fundraising efforts, promotional outreach, and support for new or expanding facilities.
