Support the MCFL Trust Today!

As you are well aware, Massachusetts Citizens for Life is the Commonwealth’s most broadly-supported pro-life organization solely dedicated to protecting society's most vulnerable. Our members are the lifeblood of our movement, and we rely on the generosity of faithful members like you to continue our life-saving work. Each donation you make here goes to the Charitable Trust and is 100% tax deductible.

We have an ambitious goal to raise $100,000 between now and the end of the month. Failure to do so could be catastrophic for our movement. Here is why:

Massachusetts legislators have once again extended the deadline for the barbaric and heinous R.O.E. Act, which is far worse than Roe v. Wade itself. It's a bill so extreme it permits passive infanticide, completely eliminates laws requiring parents be informed about abortions for their children as young as twelve, increases taxpayer funding of abortion, and so much more. Just as concerning, our legislators have pushed the deadline for the bill back to November 12th. Why is this significant? Because pro-abortion legislators want to wait until after the election results to seek revenge and pass this bill if the election does not go their way. If we do not raise the $100,000 needed by the end of the month, we will not have the resources needed to fight back.

Additionally, the Doctor-Prescribed Suicide lobby is trying to ram through their suicide legislation. They have failed to pass their legislation over a dozen times here in Massachusetts because of you and the amplified voices of your fellow MCFL members. The pro-suicide lobby knows if Massachusetts, the state held in the highest regard for their medical services, legalizes doctor-prescribed suicide, the rest of the country will follow. Unfortunately, the suicide bill passed out of its committee, the furthest the bill has ever gone. If it passes out of it's current committee, it can be brought to a floor vote, which would be catastrophic. If we do not raise the necessary funds, we will not be able to educate key legislators who may be the deciding votes on this bill.

Here is what MCFL will do with you by our sides:

  • Amplify Your Voice: MCFL is successful because of our dedicated and generous members like you. You are leading this movement, and we are so grateful to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you in this fight for life. MCFL is proud to represent you and our thousands of members across the state, providing a magnified voice to defend every innocent human life.

  • Build the Grassroots: We have reached out to 14,000 pro-life individuals we believe are aligned with MCFL's pro-life mission, but are not currently members of MCFL in an attempt to recruit them to join our movement and increase our collective voices. We are working to identify and reach out to an additional 36,000 individuals by the end of the year. There is power in numbers, and the more individuals in our movement will result in a stronger, louder voice here in Massachusetts.

  • Inform Legislators: With our Boston office less than three miles from the Massachusetts State House our team is regularly educating legislators on your behalf and testifying before committees to give a voice to the voiceless. Despite state legislators working remotely, we will make every effort to meet with them, both in person and virtually, to educate them about the harmful bills being proposed on Beacon Hill, including the R.O.E. Act and Doctor-Prescribed Suicide. We will continue to collect signatures from thousands of individuals across the state, and present our petitions to legislators so they can see how many of their constituents oppose these radical bills.

  • Media Outreach: As the State’s premier pro-life organization for nearly fifty years, MCFL’s pro-life experts are regularly quoted and interviewed by media outlets, sharing the truth about the humanity of the unborn, and exposing the lies told by Planned Parenthood and abortion businesses. We will continue to take interview requests from media sources to share our pro-life message far and wide, while increasing our social media presence to educate young people despite the pandemic's social distancing requirements.

  • Educate Virtually and in the Classroom: The coronavirus may be keeping some schools closed for the rest of 2020, but MCFL is ready to get back into the classrooms, even if we have to do so virtually. MCFL's staff is creating more visual content, including videos and graphics that can easily be shared online with younger audiences. We will continue to reach out to middle and high school student groups to offer speaking opportunities and will be launching our official Emerging Pro-Life Leaders Internship Program in 2021.

  • Representation at the National Level: Massachusetts pro-lifers may not have a pro-life Congressperson in Washington, DC representing their ideals, but Massachusetts Citizens for Life is certainly representing you there. MCFL is the Massachusetts affiliate of National Right to Life, a national network of pro-life organizations fighting for the right to life of the unborn and vulnerable at the national level. This network allows each state affiliate to learn from each other to maximize results. More importantly, it allows MCFL to work with other pro-life groups to ensure pro-life candidates are elected to protect society's most vulnerable.

Your gift today will literally help save lives by advancing Massachusetts Citizens for Life’s pro-life mission to provide a voice for the voiceless and defend the right to life from the moment of conception to natural death.

The most selfless act one can make is to make a gift to save the life of someone they may never personally meet. Every time you make a gift to MCFL you are telling someone, “I loved you so much that I gave a sacrificial gift so that you may live.”

Now is our moment. Please consider making that financial stretch with your most generous gift today. Together we can ensure the future of Mass. Citizens For Life's life-saving work. Thank you.
