Today, the Supreme Court did not hand down a decision on the Texas law which requires abortion facilities to meet requirements as free-standing surgical canters and requires that abortion doctors have admitting privileges at local hospitals.
The rest of this session's decisions will come down on Monday at 10 am, so we will know then. This case is very important for Massachusetts because MCFL has a similar bill filed at the State House. It resulted from a referendum question where 70% of those who voted favored the bill.
This is considered the biggest SCOTUS abortion decision in many years.
