The number of triplets and higher multiple births has dropped 41% since 1998, according to a report from the National Center for Health Statistic. They reported that the drop is much larger among whites than among blacks and Hispanics. Only Louisiana and Oklahoma have shown increases.
Right from the beginning, the article screamed, "selective reduction”—the practice of aborting one or more children in a multiple pregnancy—and that just got louder as it went on.
"Reproductive technology" became more and more popular, and multiple births increased in step, during the ’80s and '90s Then, at the end of the ‘90s, the problems which can arise from multiple births were "solved" in the industry by aborting some of the babies to give those remaining a "better" chance.
Apparently the message resonated where it would be expected – among the elite who were using "reproductive technology.” The two most anti-abortion states in the country had slight increases while the national average was plummeting is further proof that selective reduction was the cause.
Read the numbers for yourself and wonder how abortion so effectively cuts reasoning power.
