The next 40 Days for Life is coming and it will begin with a Prayer Launch at Betania 2 in Medway. The Mass and Commissioning Service with Fr. Michael McNamara as celebrant with begin at 4pm, followed at 5pm by internationally known pro-life speaker and former abortionist Dr. Anthony Levantino. Dr. Levatino began private practice in obstetrics in 1980. He is also a practicing attorney. He is currently medical director of two pregnancy help centers. Come hear his powerful story of conversion.

From March 1 to April 9, our community will take part in 40 Days for Life … a groundbreaking, coordinated international mobilization. We pray that, with God’s help, this will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in our city — and beyond.
Campaign Kick-Off: Wednesday, March 1 at 3 pm.
Candlelight Vigils: Friday nights at 7 pm, March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, and April 7.
Spanish Vigils: Saturday mornings at 10:30 am, March 4, 11, 18, 25, and April 1 and 8.
Sunday Family Vigils: at 2 pm, March 5, 12, 19, 26, and April 2.
Tuesday Rosaries: at 2 pm, March 7, 14, 21, 28, and April 4.
Concluding Prayer Service: Sunday, April 9 at 3 pm.

South Shore Chapter Speaker Series: Darlene Pawlick

As part of the South Shore chapter’s “Faces of Life” Speaker Series, Darlene Pawlick will tell her incredible personal story of being conceived in rape, being abused a child, sold into prostitution at 14, and how she survived and thrived. Light refreshments will be provided. All are welcome.

43rd Annual Mother’s Day Dinner

The Pioneer Valley Region of Massachusetts Citizens for Life will host the 43rd Annual Mother’s Day Dinner on Thursday, May 11 with a 5:45pm social hour followed by a 7pm dinner.
The speaker for the event will be Dr. Joel Brind, professor of endocrinology at Baruch College, City University of New York, on the topic of “The Correlation between Abortion and Breast Cancer.”
