Q: Why are you interested in the course and what do you hope to gain by taking it?
A: I have been very active in the Pro-Life Movement, including walking across America with the organization, Crossroads Pro-Life during the Summer of 2009. I seek to a gain greater understanding of the Catholic Social Teaching about being Pro-Life, but also be able to better articulate in my conversations and religious priesthood ministry the arguments for the many different areas affecting the Pro-Life Movement. I am also intrigued by the use of the different things which will be incorporated in the program: Scripture, theology, philosophy, political theory, American history and literature!
